Job Description
We are a digital marketing agency in Northern NJ specializing in delivering strategic marketing solutions to businesses in the home services industry. Key areas of focus include optimization of their paid, local, and organic results on Google, Bing & Facebook.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, many of which are Private Equity backed, ensuring their growth and success through tailored marketing strategies and exceptional client relationship management. In many cases you will have the responsibility of managing $1-5 million a month in marketing budget. An in-depth, working knowledge of all marketing platforms mentioned is a huge plus to ensure cohesive and highly detailed communication with the clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Foster, develop, and maintain relationships with 2-5 large, strategic clients. Regular communication and follow-up are important.
- Monitor campaign metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to drive measurable client growth
- Translate complex client goals into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with their business objectives while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Areas of focus and optimization include Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Google Business Profile / Local Search Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Reputation Management and more.
- Collaborate with internal team, managing team members to develop and implement marketing campaigns strategically aligned with the specific goals and priorities of your clients.
- Keep up with changes in the Local SEO and SEM industry by proactively reading relevant blogs and news stories. The success of our agency demands we stay on the cutting edge of the industry
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in client-facing roles, ideally within marketing or client services.
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience in Digital Marketing including paid search.
- Experience managing private equity backed or high value clients ($10 Million+ in annual marketing spend).
- Not intimidated by high demand clients that require quick turnarounds. Thrives when faced with a difficult or challenging client. Can manage demands of multiple stakeholders with varying opinions at the same time.

They communicate effectively with co-workers and clients. They are comfortable speaking with customers one-on-one by phone, email, video call, and in person. They are adept at working with numbers and spreadsheets, easily recognize trends in statistics over time, and can turn them into actionable items that drive growth
This person is organized and attentive to detail, holds themselves personally accountable for their work, prefers to be proactive instead of reactive, and is not afraid to tackle something they have never done before. This position could include travel several times a year, depending on client needs.
