  4. Citation Management: Manage and update client location data across Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Maps, and other key directories using citation management tools.
  5. Data Accuracy & Consistency: Ensure business name, address, phone number (NAP), hours, categories, and services are consistent across all platforms, with exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and validating information.
  6. Resolve Issues & Suspensions: Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and inaccuracies. Manage reinstatements for suspended profiles, proactively addressing potential issues and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on performance of new and existing listings, including ranking improvements, visibility, traffic, engagement, call tracking, and profile views.
  8. Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to improve clients’ local search rankings and online presence, consistently researching to stay ahead of evolving local search algorithms and trends.
  9. Client Communication: Engage in frequent client communication, serving as the primary point of contact. Provide clear updates, build strong relationships, set expectations, and educate clients on requirements, timelines, and best practices for local SEO success.
  10. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal SEO, content, billing, and other internal teams to ensure that new location launches and citation strategies align with broader digital marketing / agency objectives.
  11. Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows and develop best practices to make location launches and citation management more efficient and effective over time.
  12. Team Support & Leadership: Share knowledge, guide, and mentor junior team members on citation management, local SEO strategies, and troubleshooting complex issues.
